Overview
Pulse is a landing page template for wellness apps, wearables and sleep and recovery products.
Its hero is a layered phone and metric-card composition over a slowly breathing circle. It has interactive sleep, recovery, activity and trend charts, a habit calendar visitors can tick, a permission diagram and a transparent demonstration score. Every number is fixed demo data, and the copy uses wellness language only: it is not medical software.

Download and unzip
You get index.html, a components page with every state, the assets folder and the documentation.
- STEP 02
Set your brand
Change colours, fonts, radius and spacing in assets/css/tokens.css.
- STEP 03
Set your demo data
Every metric, sleep stage, trend and habit is in assets/js/data.js, fixed so it never changes between visits.
- STEP 04
Write safe copy
Follow the health-safety guide: wellness language only, and describe only the privacy controls your product really has.

Publish
Connect the email form, then upload the folder to any static host.
